In this good-humored but incisive political satire, Steve Guibord (Patrick Huard), a member of parliament from Québec, finds himself in the unexpected and unwelcome position of casting the tie-breaking vote to decide whether Canada will go to war in the Middle East. Overwhelmed by the media frenzy swirling around him, Guibord places the vote in the hands of his intern Souverain (Irdens Exantus), an immigrant from Haiti. In French with English subtitles. (2K DCP Presentation)
