Director Eliza Hittman is scheduled to be present for the October 12 screening.

Frankie, an aimless teenager on the outer edges of Brooklyn, struggles to escape his bleak home life and navigate questions of self-identity. He balances his abundance of time between his delinquent friends, a potential new girlfriend, and older men he meets online. Gorgeously shot on 16mm by Hélène Louvart—best known for her work with Wim Wenders and Agnes Varda—the film creates a tone and sensibility that reflects Eliza Hittman’s European influences.
