Parking

One of the most memorable of all film experiences, Casablanca is a true Hollywood legend. All the elements of the production—story, cast, photography, direction, and music—are woven expertly together to create a motion picture monument. Wartime refugees gather in Morocco to obtain scarce exit visas to Lisbon. The final airport sequence is an event not to be forgotten. A Place for Film
The film will be hosted by A Place For Film – The IU Cinema Podcast. Hosts Andy Hunsucker and Jason Thompson will introduce the film and afterwards will be joined by Communication and Culture grad student Will Scheibel to do a live episode of their podcast on the IU Cinema stage. Will Scheibel studies classic Hollywood among other topics, focusing on film from the 40s and film noir and will discuss the historical value of the film.
