As one of the most recognizable comedians in show business, Bobcat Goldthwait’s one of a kind brand of comedy has transcended from stage to screen. His stand-up routines riff on politics, divorce, going broke, and his career as a director of film and TV. Though he pokes fun, his inimitable talent for writing and directing is clear in his feature films. Often dark, cynical and violent, they are also identifiable and probing. A true independent, he makes the films that he wants to make, giving him a distinct cinematic voice.
